attendance: megan, stephen, david f

when do volunteers enter adoption and build?

1) After the tour everyone does 6 hours of Dismantling, and 6 hours of
Predismantling =12hrs
*hardware identification training at dis and pre needs to get improved, 1st
hour of the day should be identifying parts in a teaching bin

2) Folks either enter the build stream or adoption stream after those 12 hrs

2)a) Adoption Stream
-RCV, PRT, SDI, ADM, STO, LAPDis, CLE (cleaning)

2)b) Build Stream
-X station 4 hrs (any adoption station)
-CAS/RAM 6 hrs
-EVAL 12 hrs
-HDD 6 hrs
-Command line Class 3hrs
-BUILD 5 get 6th free
prebuild = 43 hrs

3) Post Build
-mobo then lap testing

we need to modify the calendar!
