PROPOSAL:

Director nominations are made in advance and publicly before the date of
the AGM (May 24, 2009). Nominations (by others, on by oneself) should be
emailed to the general list. A short bio should be provided and posted
to the 2009 AGM wiki page to give everyone a chance to review candidates
before the meeting. Exact dates TBD.
