[mp3togo] m4a decoding support

Here is a patch that adds m4a decoding support via faad. Currently 
mp3togo can't read tags for these files so it will use its guessing 
algorithm to determine albums, artist, title, etc. As long as your 
directory structure somewhat resembles artist/album/title you'll get 
decent results.
