Proposal Summary

To approve a basic staff conflict/policy compliance/discipline document.

Proposal Details

Free Geek has  no established or documented process to record and deal
with staff conflict or staff not following policy and procedure.
There is also no documented discipline procedure.

This proposal includes a draft document which outlines the procedure
for dealing with policy compliance issues, staff conflict and
disciplining of staff.  This document is intended to be a foundation
document which can be built up from.

This document will be available online shortly.

To implement this proposal

This document can be implemented after consensus from the membership
and staff.  This may require a work group meeting after the general
meeting if the draft document proves to be too controversial and is
not approved that night.
