[mp3togo] fix for --save-config

The current option --save-config doesn't work. The problem is it uses 
the file "~/mp3togo" which doesn't exist. os.path.expanduser needs to be 
called if you want to use ~ like that. The following patch adds that and 
also moves the default config location to a more unix-friendly .mp3togo 
so it is hidden.
