[mp3togo] 0.4.1 Released

Announcing mp3togo version 0.4.1

Most notable is the addition of Justus Pendleton's --format patch. 
The new --format option allows the use of metadata tags in the output
filename. 

The escapes have been changed to single characters by using the format()
method of the tags class.

A test for errors has been added to code that writes to the terminal
while it's set to non blocking mode. Hopefully this will solve problems
on Mandriva Linux.

Some small changes to the cache have been made; a version field is added
and an informational note is now created.
